LEIPL – Terms & Conditions

General
1) Landmaark Educational Institutions Private Limited (“LEIPL”, “Company”, “we”, “our”) provides educational services including courses, scholarship examinations, and related services.
2) By registering for any examination, scholarship, or course, you (“Participant”, “Student”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
3) All services are subject to compliance with applicable laws of India.
4) Participants confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
5) By proceeding with payment, participants legally accept all Terms & Conditions and Non-Refundable Fee Policy.
Scholarship Examination
6) LEIPL conducts a Scholarship Eligibility Examination to support deserving students with course fee waivers.
7) The scholarship exam fee is nominal and includes GST, charged for administrative, operational, and evaluation purposes only.
8) Scholarship exam determines eligibility for course fee waiver or partial scholarship.
9) Scholarship benefits do not involve any cash payment to participants.
10) Scholarship benefits are non-transferable and only valid for courses on www.leiindia.com.
11) Scholarship exam registrations cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
12) Exam results are final and cannot be disputed for refund purposes.
13) Participants cannot claim refund or monetary compensation for scholarship exam fees.
Course Enrollment & Payment
14) Students may enroll in courses on www.leiindia.com after scholarship results are declared.
15) Course fees are exclusive of GST; participants must pay GST separately if applicable.
16) Fees may be paid in full or via installment options, depending on course structure.
17) Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
18) Participants are responsible for correct payment details during transactions.
19) Payments once made are final and legally binding.
20) Course fee payments cannot be transferred to another participant, batch, or course.
21) Non-payment or incomplete payment will result in no enrollment confirmation.
Non-Refundable Policy
22) All fees collected are final and strictly non-refundable.
23) Fees cannot be transferred to another participant, batch, course, or examination.
24) Scholarship exam fee includes GST, course fee excludes GST.
25) Participants must accept all Terms & Conditions and Non-Refundable Policy before payment.
26) No exceptions or adjustments will be entertained.
27) Non-compliance with deadlines or forms does not justify a refund.
28) Fees are non-refundable due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemic, technical disruptions).
29) Non-refundable policy applies to promotional or discounted fees.
30) By proceeding with payment, participants legally acknowledge acceptance of this policy.
31) Scholarship exam benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
32) Scholarship benefits are non-transferable to other courses or students.
33) Non-refundable rules apply to both scholarship exam and course enrollment fees.
34) Participants must tick the accept checkbox on the payment page to proceed.
35) Fees include any applicable taxes only if stated; otherwise, GST/extras are excluded.
Intellectual Property
36) All course materials, content, logos, designs, and digital assets are intellectual property of LEIPL.
37) Participants cannot copy, share, distribute, or reproduce materials without written permission.
38) Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
39) Course access is limited to enrolled participants only.
Privacy & Data Protection
40) Participant data is collected for registration, course delivery, and communication purposes.
41) LEIPL complies with Indian data protection laws.
42) Personal data is not shared with unauthorized third parties.
43) Participants consent to receive email / phone communication regarding courses, scholarships, and updates.
Payment & Settlement
44) Payments processed via Razorpay or other gateways are subject to gateway terms and conditions.
45) Participants must ensure correct bank/payment details.
46) Payment disputes cannot override the Non-Refundable Policy.
47) Payment confirmation is mandatory for enrollment; no provisional registration allowed.
48) LEIPL is not responsible for errors due to incorrect participant payment info.
49) Participants acknowledge that all transactions are final once processed.
Legal Compliance & Liability
50) LEIPL operates under Indian law, and disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
51) LEIPL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation.
52) Results or scholarship benefits are not guaranteed beyond LEIPL evaluation criteria.
53) Participants waive claims for compensation outside stated policy.
54) LEIPL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services without prior notice.
55) LEIPL reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions; updates apply to all future registrations.
56) Participants agree to comply with all rules, policies, and legal requirements outlined herein.
Dispute Resolution
57) Disputes will first be attempted to resolve via mutual consultation.
58) If unresolved, disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
59) This Terms & Conditions document, together with the Non-Refundable Policy, forms the complete agreement between participants and LEIPL.
60) By registering and paying, participants legally accept all T&C and Non-Refundable Policy points.
61) Participants acknowledge that payment confirms acceptance; no refund or adjustment will be allowed.

Agreement
62) By paying for scholarship exams or courses, participants legally agree to all Terms & Conditions and Non-Refundable Fee Policy points.
63) Participants confirm that all payments are voluntary and binding.
64) Non-compliance with policies may result in termination without refund.
65) Participants confirm that they have read and understood all policies, rules, and legal disclaimers.
66) Participants agree that all intellectual property belongs to LEIPL.
67) Participants cannot hold LEIPL liable for non-refundable fees or scholarship outcomes.
68) All communications regarding payments, scholarships, or courses are considered informational only; no refund or compensation will be provided.
69) Participants accept that all disputes will be resolved only under Ajmer Rajasthan Jurisdiction.
70) These Terms & Conditions are legally binding and enforceable in accordance with Indian law.
