LEIPL – Privacy & Non-Refundable Fee Policy

General
1) LEIPL (“Company”, “we”, “our”) provides educational services including courses, scholarship examinations, and related services.
2) By registering for any scholarship, exam, or course, you (“Participant”, “Student”, “you”) agree to this Privacy & Non-Refundable Fee Policy.
3) These policies are legally binding under Indian law.
4) All services are subject to compliance with applicable Indian laws.
5) Participants confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and verifiable.
6) Any misrepresentation or false information may result in termination without refund.
7) By proceeding with payment, participants accept all terms and acknowledge legal enforceability.
8) All policies apply to online and offline services.
9) Participation in courses or exams is voluntary.
10) Policies cover all transactions, including promotional or discounted fees.
Scholarship Examination
11) LEIPL conducts a Scholarship Eligibility Examination to support deserving students with course fee waivers.
12) Scholarship exam fee is nominal and includes GST, charged for administrative, operational, and evaluation purposes.
13) The exam determines eligibility for course fee waiver or partial scholarship.
14) Scholarship benefits do not involve cash payment to participants.
15) Scholarship benefits are non-transferable and valid only for courses on www.leiindia.com
16) Exam registrations cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
17) Exam results are final and cannot be disputed for refund purposes.
18) Participants cannot claim scholarship benefits for cash or monetary compensation.
19) Exam fee is legally binding once paid.
20) Participants agree that all exam procedures, evaluation, and results are final.
Course Enrollment & Payment
21) Students may enroll in courses after scholarship results are declared.
22) Course fees are exclusive of GST; participants must pay GST separately if applicable.
23) Fees may be paid in full or via installments, depending on course structure.
24) Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
25) Participants must ensure correct payment details.
26) Payment errors due to participant negligence are not refundable.
27) All fees are strictly non-refundable, including partial payments or installments.
28) Course fees cannot be transferred to another participant, batch, or course.
29) Non-payment or incomplete payment will result in no enrollment confirmation.
30) Participants acknowledge that all payments are voluntary and final.
31) Razorpay or other gateway transactions are subject to gateway terms, not overriding LEIPL policies.
32) Participants confirm they are authorized to make payment on the account used.
33) No provisional enrollment is allowed without confirmed payment.
34) Payment once made is legally binding.
35) Payments via scholarships or fee waivers are subject to the same non-refundable rules.
36) Fees include applicable taxes only if stated; otherwise, GST/extras are excluded.
37) Participants cannot claim any refund, discount, or credit after payment.
38) No adjustment will be provided for missed deadlines, non-attendance, or incomplete forms.
39) Participants confirm acceptance of Non-Refundable Policy before payment.
40) Any changes in course schedule or administration do not entitle participants to a refund.
Non-Refundable Fee Policy (Integrated)
41) All fees collected are final and strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.
42) Fees cannot be transferred to another participant, batch, course, or examination.
43) Scholarship exam fee includes GST, course fee does not include GST.
44) Participants cannot claim a refund due to change of mind, personal reasons, or inability to attend.
45) Refunds will not be issued for:
●Withdrawal from the course
●Non-attendance or non-participation
●Personal reasons or change of decision
●Inability to complete the course
46) Refund requests for partial completion or withdrawal will be denied.
47) Non-refundable rules apply to promotional or discounted fees.
48) Payment disputes cannot override the Non-Refundable Policy.
49) Scholarship exam benefits cannot be redeemed for cash.
50) Scholarship benefits are non-transferable to other participants or courses.
51) Non-refundable rules apply to both scholarship exam and course enrollment fees.
52) Participants legally acknowledge acceptance of this policy via checkbox or consent form.
53) Participants cannot negotiate, dispute, or challenge fees in any forum or legal jurisdiction.
54) Any communication regarding refunds will be treated as informational only.
55) LEIPL reserves the right to reject any refund request under all circumstances.
56) Fees once received are considered final, binding, and enforceable by law.
57) Participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and accepted these terms before payment.
58) Participants accept that all payments are final, legally binding, and non-refundable, including scholarship exam fees.
59) Refund policy is integrated into Privacy Policy and legally enforceable.
Intellectual Property & Course Materials
60) All course materials, content, logos, and digital assets are property of LEIPL.
61) Participants cannot copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.
62) Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
63) Course access is limited to enrolled participants only.
64) Participants cannot sell or license course materials.
65) Intellectual property rights remain solely with LEIPL.
66) Any infringement may result in termination without refund.
Data Privacy & Protection
67) Participant data is collected for registration, course delivery, scholarship evaluation, and communication purposes.
68) LEIPL complies with Indian data protection laws.
69) Personal data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
70) Participants consent to LEIPL using personal information for administrative, communication, and official purposes.
71) Participants consent to emails, SMS, or phone calls regarding courses, scholarships, updates, or administrative matters.
72) Data breaches will be handled per Indian law; participants waive any financial claims arising from such incidents.
73) Participants are responsible for maintaining security of personal devices and accounts.
74) Participants cannot claim compensation for technical errors on their end.
75) LEIPL is not liable for unauthorized access due to participant negligence.
76) Participant consent for data use is legally binding.
Legal Compliance & Liability
77) LEIPL operates under Indian law, disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
78) LEIPL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to payments, courses, or scholarships.
79) Results or scholarship benefits are not guaranteed beyond LEIPL evaluation criteria.
80) Participants waive any claim for compensation outside stated policy.
81) LEIPL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services without prior notice.
82) LEIPL may update this policy; updates apply to all future registrations.
83) Participants must comply with all rules, policies, and legal requirements outlined herein.
84) Participants cannot hold LEIPL liable for non-refundable fees or scholarship outcomes.
85) All disputes must first be attempted via mutual consultation.
86) Unresolved disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
87) Participants acknowledge that payment confirms acceptance of all legal, financial, and administrative terms.
