LEIPL – Non-Refundable Fee Policy
w.e.f 14 /01/2026
Scholarship Examination
1) LEIPL conducts a Scholarship Eligibility Examination to support deserving students with course fee waivers.
2) The scholarship exam fee is nominal and includes GST; charged for administrative, operational, and evaluation purposes only.
3) Scholarship exam determines eligibility for course fee waiver or partial scholarship.
4) Scholarship benefits do not involve any cash payment.
5) Scholarship benefits are non-transferable and can only be used for courses on www.leiindia.com.
6) Scholarship examination registrations cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
7) Participants confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate.
8) Exam results are final and cannot be disputed for refund purposes.
9) Scholarship benefits cannot be redeemed for cash or used outside LEIPL.
10) Scholarship exam fee is fully inclusive of GST; no separate tax claims can be made. Course Enrollment & Payment
11) After scholarship results, students may enroll in courses on www.leiindia.com.
12) Course fees are exclusive of GST; participants must pay any applicable GST separately.
13) Fees may be paid in full or via installment options, depending on course structure.
14) Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
15) Participants are responsible for correct payment details during transactions.
16) Payments once made are final and legally binding.
17) Course fee payments cannot be transferred to another participant, batch, or course.
18) Non-payment or incomplete payment will result in no enrollment confirmation.
19) All fees are strictly non-refundable, including installments.
20) Payment disputes will not override the Non-Refundable Policy. Course Fee Refund Policy
21) Once enrollment is confirmed, refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
22) Refunds will not be issued for:
●Withdrawal from the course
●Non-attendance or non-participation
●Personal reasons or change of decision
●Inability to complete the course
23) Refunds are not available for partially completed courses.
24) Fees paid under promotional or discounted schemes are also non-refundable.
25) All payments are considered final once processed via Razorpay or other gateways.
26) Participants cannot claim refunds due to technical errors on their own devices or internet. Scholarship Exam & Course Cancellation Policy
27) Scholarship exam registrations cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
28)Course enrollments cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation.
29) Fees are non-refundable due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemic, technical disruptions).
30) Participants must accept all policies and T&C before payment via checkbox or consent form.
31) Non-compliance with deadlines or forms does not justify a refund.

33) All collected fees are final and legally binding.
34) Fees cannot be transferred to another participant, batch, course, or examination.
35) Scholarship exam benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
36) Scholarship benefits are non-transferable to other courses or students.
37) Non-refundable rules apply to both scholarship exam and course enrollment fees.
38) Participants must tick the accept checkbox on the payment page to proceed.
39) By paying, participants acknowledge that all terms are legally binding.
40) Participants agree to comply with LEIPL rules and policies.
41) LEIPL reserves the right to update this policy; updates apply only to future participants.
42) Participants waive any claims for refund not stated in this policy.
43) LEIPL operates under Indian law, and disputes are subject to Ajmer jurisdiction.
44) Non-compliance or misrepresentation by participants may lead to termination without refund.
45) Fees include GST only if stated; otherwise, GST is excluded.
46) Payment confirmation is required for enrollment; no provisional registration allowed.
47) All communication regarding fees is informational; no refund will be provided.
48) Fees are non-refundable for technical errors or system downtime not caused by LEIPL.
49) Participation in courses or exams implies consent to this Non-Refundable Policy.
50) Participants cannot claim compensation outside the scope of this policy. Intellectual Property & Usage
51) All course materials, content, logos, and digital assets are property of LEIPL.
52) Participants cannot copy, share, or distribute materials without written permission.
53) Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
54) Course access is limited to enrolled participants only. Privacy & Data Protection
55) Participant data is collected for registration, course delivery, and communication purposes.
56) LEIPL complies with Indian data protection laws.
57) Personal data is not shared with unauthorized third parties.
58) Participants consent to receive email / phone communication about courses and scholarship updates. Razorpay / Payment Gateway
59) Payments via Razorpay / other gateways are subject to gateway terms.
60) Participants must ensure correct bank / payment details.
61) Payment disputes cannot override the Non-Refundable Policy.
62) Payment confirmation is mandatory for enrollment.
63) No refund or credit will be issued due to incorrect participant payment info.
64) Participants accept that all transactions are final once processed. Dispute Resolution
65) Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve via mutual consultation.
66) If unresolved, disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
67) This policy forms part of the complete agreement between participants and LEIPL.
68) By registering and paying, participants legally accept all terms and conditions.
69) Participants acknowledge that payment confirms acceptance of all terms.
70) Participants agree to comply with all rules, policies, and legal requirements outlined above.
